Waivers and Discounts
The journal provides APC discounts/waivers to support authors from developing countries who may have limited access to research funding. Applications for APC discounts/waivers must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission. The provision of APC discounts does not influence the editorial assessment, peer review process, or publication decision. All editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and academic merit of the submitted manuscript.
