Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the publication charges for articles in the Journal of Essential Oil Bearing Plants:

  1. Publication Charges

Article Publication Charges (APCs) are applicable for all articles published in the Journal of Essential Oil Bearing Plants. The charges are as follows:

  • USD 150 for each accepted article.
  • Authors from SAARC nations (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka) are eligible for a reduced rate of INR 8500 (inclusive of applicable platform charges and taxes).
  1. Reduction/Waiver of Charges

Publication charges may be reduced or waived at the discretion of HKB Publications. Requests for reduction or waiver should be presented at the submission stage. After acceptance, waiver requests will not be considered.

  1. Refund Policy

No refund policy applies to publication charges. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

  1. Modifications to Terms

Har Krishan Bhalla & Sons reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Journal of Essential Oil Bearing Plants website.
